Being INVOLVED!

I attended the New student Convocation assembly at Lyman just last week.  It was a really nice and interesting.  One of the girls sang America to the Beautiful and it was amazing. Her voice was really pretty.  The president spoke and said that they are very excited into welcoming the class of 2017!  The Salutations spoke as well.  They then called the six new members to the group from our freshman class and each read a few words as they went around and lit their candles.  Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Ricardi then spoke for the closing of the ceremony and everyone on stage walked out and it reminded me of graduations because of the music and the gowns!
